1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all prize competitions and bingo-style prize
competitions (“Competitions”) operated by the Promoter via the website
www.fullhousecompetitions.com (“Website”), any mobile application (“App”), and any official social media channels or live-streamed events.
1.2. By entering any Competition, you (“Entrant”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not enter any Competition.
1.3. The Promoter reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be published on the Website and will apply to Competitions launched after the date of publication.
2. The Promoter
2.1. The Promoter is Certified Competitions Ltd, trading as Full House Competitions, registered in Northern Ireland.

3. Competition Types
3.1. The Promoter operates the following types of Competitions:
(a) Skill-based prize competitions where entry requires answering a question or solving a task that relies on knowledge, judgement, or skill (“Skill Competitions”); and
(b) Bingo-style prize competitions delivered via the Bingazo platform, including automated marking, live draws and progressive jackpots (“Bingo-Style Competitions”).
3.2. All Competitions will clearly state on the Website whether they are a Skill Competition or a Bingo-Style Competition, the entry fee (if any), the prize(s), and the opening and closing dates.
4. Jurisdiction & Legal Compliance
4.1. Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland) and the Republic of Ireland, unless stated otherwise on the Competition page.
4.2. It is your responsibility to ensure that entering a Competition is legal in the jurisdiction where you reside. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for any Entrant entering a Competition unlawfully.
4.3. The Promoter structures its Competitions with a free entry route and/or qualifying skill element so that they do not require a licence under the Gambling Act 2005. The Promoter also aims to follow the principles of the UK Government’s Voluntary Code for Prize Draw Operators.
5. Eligibility
5.1. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Proof of age may be requested before any prize is awarded.5.2. Employees, directors, contractors, or agents of the Promoter, or of any associated platform provider (including Bingazo), and their immediate family members, are not permitted to enter any competition.
5.3. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, refuse entry or disqualify any Entrant who:
(a) provides false or misleading information;
(b) tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry process or Website;
(c) behaves in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner towards the Promoter or other Entrants; or
(d) otherwise breaches these Terms.
6. How to Enter – Online Entry Route
6.1. To enter via the paid Online Entry Route, you must:
(a) Visit the Website and select the Competition you wish to enter;
(b) Follow the on-screen instructions to choose the number of entries you wish to purchase;
(c) Answer the qualifying skill question (where applicable); and
(d) Complete payment using the available online payment methods.
6.2. A Competition entry is only valid once payment has been successfully processed and you have submitted your answer to the qualifying question, where required.
6.3. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise invalid due to network, technical, or system issues.
7. Free Entry Route (Postal Entry)
7.1. Each Competition provides a free postal entry route to ensure there is always a way to enter without making a purchase.
7.2. To enter a Competition for free by post, you must send an unenclosed postcard or letter by ordinary post stating clearly:
(a) Your full name;
(b) Your full postal address;
(c) Your email address and telephone number;
(d) The name of the specific Competition you wish to enter; and
(e) Your answer to the qualifying skill question (where applicable).

7.4. Only one free entry is permitted per stamped outer envelope. Multiple entries in a single envelope will be treated as one entry.
7.5. Postal entries must be received by the Promoter before the advertised closing date and time for the relevant Competition. Postal delays are outside the control of the Promoter and will not be accepted as grounds for late entry.
8. Skill Questions
8.1. Each Competition may include a qualifying question which the Entrant must answer before submitting their entry. The question may be the same across multiple Competitions.
8.2. The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify entries that provide an obviously incorrect answer to the skill question.
8.3. In some cases, the Website may not automatically validate whether the answer is correct at the point of purchase. However, the Promoter reserves the right to check answers before confirming a winner.
9. Bingo-Style Competitions & Progressive Jackpots
9.1. Bingo-Style Competitions are delivered via the Bingazo platform, which may include:
(a) Automated marking of bingo-style tickets or cards;
(b) Live-streamed game hosting, number calling and commentary;
(c) One-line, two-line, and full house prizes; and
(d) A progressive jackpot that increases as more paid entries are sold.
9.2. The specific rules for each Bingo-Style Competition, including ticket price, prize structure, jackpot details and game format, will be displayed on the relevant Competition page.
9.3. The Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) Set a minimum and/or maximum number of entries for each game;
(b) Cap the value of any progressive jackpot; and
(c) Adjust prize allocations if entry thresholds are not met, while ensuring fairness to Entrants.
10. Opening and Closing Dates
10.1. Each Competition will specify an opening date and a closing date and time. Entries received outside these times will not be entered.
10.2. The Promoter reserves the right to extend or bring forward the closing date of a Competition if necessary, for example where technical issues have significantly affected entry or where minimum entry thresholds have not been met. Any change will be communicated on the Website or social media.
11. Selection of Winner(s)
11.1. For Skill Competitions, winners will normally be selected at random from all valid entries that have provided the correct answer to the qualifying question, using a random number generator or similar verifiable method.
11.2. For Bingo-Style Competitions, winners will be determined in accordance with the game mechanics of the Bingazo platform, for example through achieving a line, two lines or a full house in the shortest number of calls or as otherwise specified on the Competition page.
11.3. The Promoter may conduct draws live via social media or using a secure, off-line process. The method used will be stated or made reasonably clear to Entrants.
11.4. The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of the selection of winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Notification of Winners
12.1. The Promoter will attempt to contact the winner using the contact details provided at the time of entry (email, phone or both) within 48 hours of the draw or game conclusion.
12.2. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is unable to accept the prize within 7 days or such other timeframe as stated on the Competition page), the Promoter reserves the right to:
(a) Offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in the same manner; or
(b) Withdraw the prize and close the Competition without further liability.
13. Prizes
13.1. Each Competition will describe the prize or prizes available, including (where applicable) any cash alternatives or additional benefits.
13.2. Prizes are as stated on the Website and are not transferable or exchangeable, unless agreed in writing by the Promoter.
13.3. The Promoter may, at its discretion, substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value where the original prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control.
14. Prize Fulfilment & Delivery
14.1. Physical prizes will normally be delivered to UK, NI and ROI addresses only, unless otherwise stated on the Competition page or agreed in writing.
14.2. The Promoter will aim to dispatch or arrange prizes within a reasonable timeframe after winner verification. Some prizes may be supplied directly by third-party suppliers, which may impact delivery times.
14.3. Winners may be required to provide valid photographic identification and proof of address before a prize is dispatched or transferred.
14.4. Once a prize has been dispatched or transferred, risk passes to the winner and the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage or non-receipt except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence.
15. Publicity & Winner Announcements
15.1. By entering a Competition, you agree that, if you win, the Promoter may publish your first name, first initial of surname and general location (e.g. town or county) on the Website, on social media, and in other marketing materials, to demonstrate that prizes have been won and awarded fairly.
15.2. With your consent, the Promoter may also request photographs, video content or testimonials from you as the winner. This is optional and will be agreed separately.
16. Payment Processing
16.1. All paid entries made via the Online Entry Route are processed through Cashflows or other authorised payment partners.
16.2. The Promoter does not operate customer “deposit” or “wallet” accounts. All payments are made on a pay-per-entry basis for specific Competitions.
16.3. If a payment is charged back, refunded or otherwise reversed after entry, the Promoter may void the associated entries and, if relevant, withdraw any prize awarded.
17. Data Protection & Privacy
17.1. The Promoter will process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.17.2. Personal data collected from Entrants will be used for:
(a) Administering Competitions and processing entries;
(b) Contacting winners and arranging delivery of prizes;
(c) Fulfilling any legal or regulatory obligations; and
(d) Sending marketing communications where you have expressly consented to receive them.
17.3. The Promoter will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (for example payment processors, IT hosting, or the Bingazo platform) solely for the purpose of operating Competitions.

18. Fraud, Abuse & Disqualification
18.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend any Competition, or disqualify any Entrant, where it has reason to believe there has been:
(a) Any attempt to use automated or bulk entry systems not approved by the Promoter;
(b) Interference with the Website, App or draw process;
(c) Collusion, cheating or manipulation of game mechanics; or
(d) Any breach of these Terms or applicable law.
18.2. Where a prize has been awarded and fraud is later suspected or proven, the Promoter reserves the right to recover the prize or its value from the Entrant.
19. Technical Issues & Live Streams
19.1. The Promoter uses reasonable skill and care to ensure that the Website, App, and any live-streamed draws operate correctly. However, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free access.
19.2. The Promoter is not responsible for any failure of equipment, software, internet or communication systems, or for the cancellation or interruption of a live stream, that may prevent or delay entry, participation, or viewing. In such circumstances, the Promoter will act fairly and may re-run or continue the draw using a fair and transparent method.
20. Limitation of Liability
20.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
20.2. Subject to clause 20.1, the Promoter will not be liable for:
(a) Any indirect, special or consequential loss;
(b) Loss of profits, business, or opportunity; or
(c) Any loss arising from your entering (or inability to enter) a Competition or from accepting or using a prize.
20.3. The maximum aggregate liability of the Promoter to any Entrant shall be limited to the amount the Entrant has paid to enter the relevant Competition.
21. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
21.1. For Entrants resident in the UK (including Northern Ireland), these Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of Northern Ireland and the courts of Northern Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
21.2. For Entrants resident in the Republic of Ireland, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.

22.2. The Promoter will aim to respond to all reasonable complaints within a reasonable timeframe and to resolve issues fairly and transparently.
